Jerseys are designed using vector images. Any artwork/logos provided to us must be provided in vector format in order to be printed correctly. Most vector files will be the following file types: .cdr, .ai, .eps, .pdf for example: (yourlogo.cdr or yourlogo.ai).
We do have several logos on file so if it is a popular brand, there is no need to submit it to us. We currently have over 6000 vector logos available. If you receive a jersey proof with an old version of a logo that is present, it is your responsibility to provide us with the proper logo. If you are unable to obtain the correct logo or the authorization to use the logo, the logo should be omitted or text can be used. We cannot redraw a logo you do not have permission to use.
If you are having problems locating a vector version of your logo you may want to try contacting the company directly for the use of it. If it is your company logo or that of a local business, chances are that there is a vector version somewhere if it was ever used on business cards or stationary or other promotional material.
Web images are NOT good enough quality. Most times web images are saved small for fast load time and are NOT vector files. The following common file types are not vector files. (.jpg .bmp .png) If this is the only file type your sponsor can supply, we reserve the right to refuse to use the artwork due to quality and size.
If you or sponsor cannot provide us with adequate artwork, you have a couple of options. If your logo file is high resolution, we can usually convert it to a usable format for $20 per logo. Some complex logos may require that a designer re-draw the artwork, resulting in a larger conversion fee. In other cases we may not be able to convert the logo at all.
If you have any questions regarding the above information, please contact us using the contact tab and a designer will get back to you as soon as possible. Do NOT submit artwork without prior contact with our design department. Unsolicited artwork will not be accepted.
